Born and raised in Connecticut, Sean was always drawing.
His own comic books and super heroes gave way to sexy
fantasy women in his teens, and the subject matter has
never changed.
Sean also started training in martial arts at the age
of 15, taking quickly to the disciplines of karate and
kobudo. He has been a dedicated martial artist for 25
years, holding black belts in Karate, Aikido, Jujitsu
and Combat Hapkido.
He was also an avid movie-maker as a kid. Short super-8
movies went from stop-motion clay and scratched emulsion
laser fights to 6 minute martial arts adventures. In
1994 Sean started his journey into the world of no-budget
film-making (see the Video page).
Sean moved to California in 1989 and somehow found
himself in the world of feature animation. He was at
Walt Disney from 1993 to 2002, lending his handling
of the female figure to Esmeralda, Meg, Jane in Tarzan,
and Kida in Atlantis among others. He now (finally)
pursues his artistic and martial arts endeavers full
time.
His pin-up art and movie-making remain his true creative
passions. All of his work is in graphite, colored pencil
or digitally airbrushed in Adobe photoshop. Backgrounds
are done in Bryce.
