Vampire Hunter was shot in the summer of 1995 for $5000. What it lacks in budget, it makes up for in a great story with plenty of action. Before I ever even heard of Blade, I wrote, storyboarded and shot this, the idea simply spawned from a list of props and locations I had access to. It was shot on HI-8 video with a cast of around 30 people. It was edited on a fairly primative home PC, complete with computer and make-up FX, sound effects, lots of martial arts fights and killer original music by Vic Carlson.
